Prerequisites for participation:

Good to very good general education: at least secondary school leaving certificate plus completed vocational training or higher education entrance qualification, possibly university studies

 

Strategies and methods:

On the basis of INSIGHTS MDI® the essential factors for successful leadership behaviour are trained. Conflict potentials between people with different behavioural preferences and motives are worked out and deepened in practical exercises.
