We call this measure the “small 1 x 1 of leadership”, because regardless of the position, there are elementary leadership competencies that belong to the “basic tools of the trade” of every manager. Here both personal strengths and weaknesses in the required competencies are documented and the participants are thus taken out of their personal “comfort zone”. We use the ASSESS expert system to develop management competencies, which gives us the opportunity to validly measure and individually develop the personal characteristics of the required competencies.
The seminar contains the following main topics:
- Recognize your own leadership skills
- Lead and motivate others
- Managing employees effectively
- Define and achieve realistic goals
- Delegate, motivate correctly
- Communicate according to type
- Managing conflicts successfully
Good general education: at least secondary school leaving certificate, vocational training completed if possible leadership activity
Strategies and methods:
This training convinces through the mix of different input. In addition to competence analyses, various methodical and didactic elements such as group exercises, individual coaching, presentations and brainstorming are used.
