The INSIGHTS MDI Potential and Motivation Analyses provide far-reaching feedback on the behaviour preferences and motives, i.e. on the essential personality traits of a test person and are therefore the ideal instruments for the selection and leadership of your employees and their own development in leadership, sales, service and team building. In particular, the suitability of a tested candidate with regard to his “soft skills” for certain professional requirements can be assessed.

The ASSESS Report shows how far a candidate has certain leadership skills and in which areas he still needs to be promoted. Requirements can be derived from various standard competency models or created individually. The competence analysis provides concrete development proposals for each test person and is excellently suited to identifying leadership potential as well as individual development and training needs. It is also possible to generate this analysis as a competence selection report. In this case, it contains an individual guideline for the applicant interview instead of the development proposals and thus effectively supports the personnel selection process.

Individual coaching is one of the prerequisites for intensive development at a high level. The contents are tailored to your needs. It makes sense to continue the follow-up coaching as required. Coaching times are agreed flexibly and individually, according to your needs. You can also deduct our services from your tax bill.
