Quantified.Company (team analysis, engagement tool) is an excellent tool for understanding teams and companies as a whole.

Employee satisfaction surveys should be fun and actionable. Quantified.Company is developing the new generation of community customer satisfaction surveys that provide customers with fast, actionable, and visualized insights. This is different from traditional surveys in that the entire team works together to find out why team members enjoy working together and what challenges they face during that time. By using the tool, team involvement is increased and management can achieve actionable results.

INSIGHTS MDI (Potential and Motivation Analysis). It is excellent for the development of employees, especially for executives, sales teams and customer service.

The INSIGHTS MDI Potential and Motivation Analyses provide far-reaching feedback on behavioural preferences, values and motives, i.e. on essential personality characteristics of a employee. They are therefore the ideal instruments for the selection and leadership of employees and their development in leadership, sales, service and team building. In particular, the suitability of a empolyee with regard to his “soft skills” for certain professional requirements can be assessed.

ASSESS (Competence Analysis for Managers). This more complex instrument measures the relevant competencies against a predetermined target profile on a percentage scale. It is ideal for filling executive/C-level positions.

The ASSESS analysis shows whether and to what extent a candidate has certain leadership competencies and in which areas he or she should still be supported. Requirements can be derived from various standard competence models or individually created. The competence analysis provides concrete development proposals for candidate and is excellently suited to identifying leadership potential as well as individual development and training needs. In addition, it is possible to generate this analysis as a competence selection report. In this case, it contains an individual guideline for the applicant interview instead of the development proposals and thus effectively supports the personnel selection process.

The RELIEF (stress analysis) The RELIEF risk assessment is a holistic procedure, which was developed especially for the organization of the psychological risk assessment. Survey areas and documentation correspond to the requirements of the legislator (§ 5 ArbSchG).

The RELIEF risk assessment records the mental hazards in the company comprehensively and precisely by means of a specially developed online tool. It is a diagnostic overview and orientation procedure which provides an impression of the prevailing psychological stress factors in the company and recommends suitable measures on the basis of these.

The nationwide programme supports small and medium-sized enterprises in developing a sustainable and employee-oriented personnel policy.

The programme is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS).

Who is supported?

Your company can receive funding under the uWM plus programme if the following criteria are met:

  • Headquarters and workplace in Germany
  • On the market for at least two years
  • Annual turnover less than 50 million euro or annual balance sheet total less than 43 million euro
  • Less than 250 employees
  • At least one full-time employee subject to social insurance contributions (calculated on the basis of annual work units). Part-time employees can be included pro rata.

The subsidy covers twelve consulting days, the subsidy rate is 80 percent, i.e. 20 percent of the eligible consulting fee must be paid by the companies themselves. A total of five to six months should be planned for the consulting process.

In contrast to uWM, the same funding criteria apply to the uWM plus programme branch in all Länder.

unternehmensWert:Mensch aims to initiate sustainable learning and change processes in companies. The goals of the sponsored consulting program are:

  • to sensitize small and medium-sized enterprises to future challenges,
  • to offer concrete support to companies in the development and implementation of an employee-oriented personnel policy,
  • enable small and medium-sized enterprises to respond independently and appropriately to the wide range of operational challenges posed by changes in the world of work and production and demographic change
  • to establish a corporate culture in the companies which contributes to the motivation, health and innovation-promoting design of working and production conditions as well as to the recruitment and retention of skilled workers.

In order to achieve these goals, unternehmensWert:Mensch relies on professional process consulting with the participation of employees.

Depending on the size of the company, 50 to 80 percent of the consulting costs can be covered.
